 EverGuard Group began in 1973 with the formation of Erwin Dow & Company. The company was founded by Erwin E. Dow to help agents place business with quality insurance companies. The basic concept was both unique then as it is today.

EverGuard's headquarters are based in Seattle, Washington where products are marketed across the Western United States to a network of independent agencies.

EverGuard's success is related directly to innovative marketing, disciplined underwriting, careful selection of agents, efficient automated processing and excellent relationships with several highly rated insurance companies.

Detailed underwriting is performed on every risk with an EverGuard loss control representative inspecting all commercial customers within 45 days of coverage. EverGuard's unique automated systems help control all parts of the company monitoring operations on a real time basis.
